A Johannesburg wholesale and manufacturing collective, rebuilt off Shopify into a faster, enquiry-led site.
The brief
Vision Fashion Collective is a wholesale, manufacturing and management-focused fashion collective in Johannesburg. Their site was on Shopify, but they were not actually selling through a checkout — every enquiry was a quote conversation.
We rebuilt it as a Next.js site that matches the original identity and typography, kept every product and every piece of copy, and dropped the cart and login icons that were never doing anything. Product pages now route to an order-enquiry form, which is how the business actually works.
The result is a lighter, faster site that stops pretending to be a shop and starts doing the job of a wholesale catalogue.
