A full rebuild for an accredited AA sales agent trading since 1995 — driving permits, membership and nine branches, all driven from one content file.
The brief
Travel Experience has been an accredited sales agent for the Automobile Association of South Africa since 1995, issuing International Driving Permits and AA Membership from nine stores around the country. The existing site did not say any of that clearly, and none of the nine branches had a page a customer could find on a map search.
We rebuilt it around the thing people actually arrive looking for — the driving permit — and gave every branch its own page, generated automatically from a single list of stores. Adding a tenth branch means adding one entry: the page, the directory, the province filter, the footer, the sitemap and the location structured data all update themselves.
The enquiry form was built to fail honestly. If mail delivery is not configured, it tells the visitor to phone or email instead of silently swallowing the message.
